Pastor Joshua and Iliana Bulger are the Founders and the Pastors of West Coast Believers Center International in Visalia, California which was established in May of 2002. Pastor Joshua and Iliana have been involved in ministry since 1993 and had  served as associate pastors for 14 years prior to coming to Visalia. God called Pastor Joshua and Iliana to Visalia with the

assignment to build and equip the Body of Christ with the tools necessary to become effective for God and become a major threat to the devil. God has called West Coast Believers Center International to be a church where signs, wonders and miracles accompany the preaching of the Word of God and where all people can experience the love of God.

Pastor Joshua & Iliana Bulger have been used by God in miracles, signs and wonders. They have seen the blind and lame healed in Jesus name. They have seen tumors, cancer and many other diseases healed by the power God at work in their ministry not only nationally but also internationally in Africa, Russia, and Europe. Pastor Joshua and Iliana are also used in the gifts of healing, deliverance and prophecy and preach the Word of God with simplicity and love. They have a heart for people and desire to see God’s abundant blessings on all people. Pastor Joshua & Iliana have a love for this valley and desire to build unity between the churches in this valley, knowing that Jesus Christ is coming back for a glorious church that is without spot or wrinkle.
