West Coast Believers Center International is a Word of Faith church located in Visalia CA. We believe in teaching people the uncompromised Word of God with simplicity so that those that hear the Word may receive wisdom, understanding and revelation that will lead to manifestation of the promises of God in every area of their lives.

WCBCI is also a place where everyone that comes through its doors will experience the immeasurable love of God and experience and feel the love of God’s people. We believe that everything done by the love of God is empowered by God.

West Coast Believers Center International is committed to reaching out to the lost and those without Jesus Christ in our city, state and around the world, flowing freely in the anointing and gifts of the Holy Spirit, thereby destroying every yoke and removing every burden.

WCBCI is called to train and equip spiritual leaders to go forth and preach and plant churches in the surrounding regions, making the house of God a place of prayer and intimate worship, satisfying the heart of God and the worshippers.

WCBCI is committed to building strong families by teaching the truth of God’s Word. We believe that God is pouring out his Spirit just as in the days of Elijah, as it was prophesied by the prophet Joel that in the last days:  "God will pour out his Spirit on all flesh." (Joel 2:28-32)

Pastors Joshua and Iliana Bulger and West Coast Believers Center International are under the spiritual covering of Dr. Jerry Savelle Ministries and are also members of Dr. Savelle’s Presidential Cabinet for Jerry Savelle Ministries International.

We believe that in these last days that we will see even more of His outpouring as evidenced by the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the deaf hear and people coming to Christ having their lives changed instantly, never to be the same again. In Jesus name!
