Greetings Mighty Men of God, 

As you may have heard the KNP Complex Fire has been affecting the surrounding areas of Tulare County which includes the Hartland Christian Camp. This is the location of our upcoming Men’s Retreat on October 8th-10th. Unfortunately, Hartland Christian Camp has been placed on a mandatory evacuation. They have just alerted us that under the directives of the Sheriffs Department they will need to cancel all upcoming reservations. We are in communication with Hartland about how we can receive a refund for what has been paid to them on your behalf. As soon as we know more in regards to your reimbursement we will communicate that to you. 
Please note, we are planning a winter Men’s Retreat in February/March of 2023. This will enable us to bypass any fire related cancellations in the future. As always we will keep you alerted to our upcoming conferences for next year. 
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and we ask for your understanding that this situation is out of our control. We also ask that you pray for the communities being affected by this horrible fire as well as all first responders battling this fire.
